- Northwest Community Futures Development Corporation: Aids and assists in: Business Loans, Start-up Assistance, Business Counseling, Patent Searches, and Business Information. They also have a Business Resource Library and Free Internet Access to the public.
- Battlefords Chamber of Commerce: The Battlefords Chamber of Commerce, a strong voice for business in the Battlefords, promotes a strong business environment through labour force initiatives, advocacy, promotion, a Small Business Loans program.

- Human Resources and Social Development Canada: This government agency operates human resource centres across Canada that offer information on a variety of programs and services for small business, as well as counseling, training and assistance with hiring new employees.
- Industry Canada: Industry Canada’s goals are to build a dynamic and innovative economy where all Canadians have the opportunity to benefit from more and better-paying jobs, stronger business growth, and a marketplace that is fair, efficient and competitive.
- Saskatchewan Research Council : SRC's mission is to help the people of Saskatchewan strengthen the economy with quality jobs and a secure environment. We do this through research, development, and the transfer of innovative scientific and technological solutions, applications and services.
- Western Economic Diversification (WD): WD provides information on starting a business, doing business, accessing capital, going international, selling to government and making contact. The site includes a media centre and publications.
